6. If you completed your order with cash on delivery, the bank account will be requested, and the product amount will be transferred to you without the cash on delivery fee of 15 riyals. The process may also take 7 to 14 working days.
7. Cosmetic and personal use products are not refundable or exchangeable.

- According to the agency's terms, the warranty is void if the original invoice (Al-Afari Medical Store invoice) is lost. Therefore, keep the store invoice to ensure the electrical appliances are covered under the "two-year warranty," which starts from the date of purchase.
- The information and instructions on the product must be carefully read before operating the device to know the appropriate voltage/electric source. Products damaged due to using an incorrect power source will not be accepted under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
